    The opening of the Schiller Bräu and the mk | hotel münchen city is a dream come true for me. I am a passionate host and view an inn as a large living room that I open up for friends. At my place, you can spend cozy hours and take a break from the daily business. This is exactly the feeling that I would like to convey with the Schiller Bräu - giving my guests a piece of home and providing a heartful, courteous and professional service together with my team.     I grew up in a family characterised by gastronomy. To me, this is not only an occupation, but also a passion. I love making the stays of our guests unforgettable, surprising them with little details. This allows me to live out my creativity and bring in new influences. Gastronomy is a world that never stands still. The most beautiful feeling is when guests say their good-bye with a smile and add “thanks for the nice evening, you are a great team!”

    Why enjoy working in gastronomy this much? You get to know and appreciate so many different people. Also, the kindness of the people around you is something you don´t experience very often. At the same time, I think it´s great how one can bring in their own creativity.
